We love bringing our customers exceptional value through our products and services, and don't want you to worry about additional costs. That's why we provide free shipping on all orders!

We send from our warehouse in Asia direct to your location, which allows us to keep our prices discounted and include free shipping to all locations.  

 

 

GLOBAL SHIPPING (ALMOST)

We deliver to most countries across the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you to let you know.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.



MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

It isn't possible to cancel an order once it has been sent with the delivery company, as we no longer have the parcel in our control. Any cancellations need to wait until the delivery has arrived to go through the correct refund process. 


LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Refusal of delivery is not refundable.



CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped, these are set by the country of delivery but aren't common in most countries.
